Artekin Law Firm is founded by Mustafa Cem Artekin in 2022, after his 21 years’ professional experience including blue-chip multinational and national companies.

Mustafa Cem ARTEKIN
After having 5 years’ professional experience at several Law Firms, Mustafa Cem Artekin worked in Finance Asset Management/FIBA Holding in 2006 as Legal Counsel, and, then, at Turkish Airlines Technic between 2006 and 2014, as Board Secretary and Director Legal Affairs, and for its affiliates as Board Secretary and Legal Consultant, which are Turkish Engine Center, a Joint Venture with Pratt&Whitney; Istanbul Service Center, a Joint Venture with Goodrich; Turkish Cabin Interior, a Joint Venture with Turkish Aviation Industries; Turkish Seat Industries, a Joint Venture with Kibar Holding; Turkbine, a Joint Venture with Zorlu Energy; and HABOM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Turkish Airlines Technic, then merged with MNG Technic and with the parent itself; and for SunExpress Airlines between 2014 and 2022, a Joint Venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, as Board Secretary, Director Legal Affairs & Corporate Compliance, President of the Data Protection Committee and Member of the Ethics Committee.
Mustafa Cem Artekin further served as Board Member of the Turkish Private Aviation Enterprises Association (TÖSHİD), mainly responsible for European Union and Legal Affairs.
He gave International Air Law lectures at Universities as Guest Lecturer, he is also an IATA Instructor.
He has bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University and LL.M degree of European Union Law from Marmara University.
